Motor Program Announced

Kevin Patrick Racing has acquired two Kuntz and Company open late model engines, the legendary Ford Power Racing V8 engine will serve as the exclusive powerplant for our venture into UMP, and MARS competition for at least the 2010 season.

The Kuntz and Company engines will only enhance our motor program. With two Penzo Performance Chevy IMCA Spec 360 racing engines already within our group. We also plan to run as many Show-Me series events with our Spec motors in an effort to control the rising operational costs for the team.

"We are delighted that we can construct such an engine program,” said Kevin Patrick. “This is the first of what we expect will be a number of positive moves that KPR will take into the 2010 racing season. and we are delighted to take the first step with companies as impressive as Kuntz and Company, and Penzo Performance."

The new engines are scheduled to be ready well before preseason testing begins for the 2010 campaign.
